IFS exam stands for Indian forest service which is confuted by UPSC to become forest officer.

IFS exam consist preliminary exam, Mains exam and interview.

Of course, IFS exam consist negative marking.

for each wrong answers, 1/3 marks will be reduced of total marks.

To join this exam, you must be passed a graduation degree from a recognized university in the following;-

Animal husbandry and veterinary science, math.stat, chemistry, physics, zoology, geology,

Graduation in agricultural or forestry

Engineering oR Its equivalent


general age limit is 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category students.

IFS Stands for Indian Forest Service Exam this exam is conducted by union Public Service commission under Civil Service. you want to apply this exam you should be have this eligibility Criteria's

-->Candidate should be citizen of India
-->Candidate age limit should between 21 to 30 year upper age relaxation is applicable.
-->Candidate should be complete the bachelor degree in recognized university and there is no minimum percentage of mark for this examination and final year students also eligible for this examination.
-->For Obc Candidates 7 attempts and for General Candidates 4 attempts and for SC/ST Candidates No limits.

Dear friend IFS (Indian Foresst Services).This exam is conducted by UPSC twice every year.

Education: Minimum Graduate from a recognized university/Institution.

AGE: Gen: 21-30 years Relaxations for OBC 3 years S/C S/T : 5 years PWD: 10 years.

Nationality: Indian.

Attempts.Gen: 4 OBC 7 S/c S/T & PWD: No limit.

***According to question obviously IFS entrance exam is a UPSC Exam. there is negative marks every wrong answer deducts 0.25 marks.
