CSAT exam consist objective type Question papers with negative marking.

CSAT exam consist two papers of General studies.

Scheme of marking;-

Paper 1- General studies-200 marks

correct answers consist 2 marks and wrong answers consist deduction of 2/3 marks.

In other words, for every three wrong consist deduction of 2 marks.

Paper 2-General studies-200 marks

Correct answers consist 2.5 marks per answers.

Wrong answers consist deduction of 2.5/3 marks.

For every three wrong answers 2.5 marks is deducted.

there are two papers in the CSAT
paper I and paper II
both the papers are of 200 marks each.
In paper I there are 100 questions of 2 marks each. And there is a negative marking of 2/3 for every wrong attempt
Whereas in the second paper, there are 80 questions of 2.5 marks each and every time you mark a wrong answer, 2.5/3 marks will be deducted.
It is said that to get selected, you must attempt 75% paper with an accuracy of 80% surety
