The eligibility conditions for the NDA are-
a)Educational qualification-10+2 or any equivalent to 10+2 with physics and maths for air force and navy and with any stream for the army.
b)Age limit-16.5 to 19 years(but at the time of commencement of the course and not at the date of applying for the exam)
c)only male candidates are applicable.
Now there are two issues regarding your application for the NDA
1)BCA is computer application course,it is possible that you have completed your 10+2 with the either science stream or else with commerce (but with maths)as you are doing BCA,if you have done 10+2 with science stream then you are applicable for the all the three wings of the defense but if with commerce then only for the army wing.
2)The probably the deciding factor -the age,your age should be between 16.5 to 19 years(at the time of commencement of the course,bu not the date of applying),and it takes nearly 1 year time to start the course from the date of applying the course,that means your age should be between 15.5 to 18 years when you are applying for the NDA.
If you are ok with the two conditions mentioned above,then you are eligible,otherwise you are not eligible.
You are in BCA degree in 1st year so you are applicable for NDA exam if and only if you must fulfill below given criteria first-
The candidate must have a complete the 12th from a recognized university Or equivalent qualification are applicable for NDA exam.Science student are applicable for NDA all branch but Commerce and arts department are applicable for only Indian Army post.
The candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for Sc/ST candidate . Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply. You must have Citizenship of India.
I think your age is over 19 years old now so i think you are not applicable for NDA Exam .
The selection procedure for NDA exam is 1) Written Test. 2) Personal Interview.

Yes you are eligible for NDA & NA Exam as long as you satisfy the basic eligibility criteria of the Exam.
NDA & NA Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force wings of NDA.

Eligibility Criteria To apply for UPSC Civil Service 2013 : There are following three departments under NDA :
1. Indian Military : To apply for this sector, candidate should have completed his 12th class in any discipline from a recognized board and if the candidate is awaited for result or appearing for exams then also may apply
2. Indian Navy and Indian Air Force : To apply for this sector, candidate should have passed in class 12th with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject and any one of the biology/chemistry/computer science from a recognized board
Age limit applies same of all 3 departments which is - between 16.5 to 19 years means the candidate should not be less than 16.5 years and more than 19 years in age and the age limitation is not relaxable

as you are currently in first year of BCA so you can apply for the NDA exam on 12th basis if yu satisfy the necessary criterions mentioned below-
~You need to be an Indian citizen to be eligible for the exam.
~your age should be between 16.5 to 19 years to be eligible.
~only male candidates are allowed to appear for the exam.
~you should be 12th passed or 12th appearing student from either Science stream or commerce stream from a recognized board.
for air-force and navy , Physics and maths are compulsory subjects needed in 12th.
if you have crossed the age limit of the exam , then don't worry.
you can still join defence after completing BCA.
for this you will have to appear for the CDS exam.
the age limit for this exam is 19-23 years for air-force and navy and 19-24 years for army.
and a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university is also needed.
