-----you must be passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university in any stream.
----age limit is 21-30 years.

Yes you are eligible for the UPSC exam and then only you can go for CBI....The upsc conducts every year exam and this year the last date to fill the application form is 4th april and you can apply for it online at www.upsconline.nic.in
The age limit for the exam is 21-30 yrs...
