This exam is known as one of the Indian Civil Service and this exam is conducted every year.This exam is conducted by UPSC

Being 21 years old you are eligible as regarding the age limit needed for the exam.

There are criteria's which are needed to be followed for the exam and as regarding the age limits it is that the candidate must have 21-30 years for General Vateory.

For candidates of SC/ST should have 21-35 years and for OBC candidates it is 21-35 years.

if you want to become an ips officer than you have to give the civil services examination which is conducted by union public service commission every year once.

the notification for the examination is released in the month of January/February and the exam is generally held in the month of
may or June.
