Prelims which test your aptitude, general awareness and current affairs through 2 objective papers..

The forms for the Civil Services 2013 are generally available in the 1st week of February and the last date to submit the forms is 1st week of March..

Dear being a student of any university in any degree is not enough to be eligible for UPSC civil services exams because there are some conditions declared by the UPSC board for all UPSC Aspirants which are as - Candidate should posses a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks and those who are appearing final year exams or pursuing final year may also apply for UPSC exams.
Age should be between 21-30 years and relaxations in age as per government guidelines which are 5 years for SC/STs, 3 years for OBCs, 10 years for PWDs and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen.
If you are pursuing final year of your BCA degree then you can apply for this exam and if you are in first of second year then you should complete your second year then you would be eligible to appear for UPSC civil services exams.
