No, You are not eligible for IAS entrance exam , as the minimum educational qualification that is needed is Graduation Degree with the minimum age of 21 years . So as you have said that you are in 10+2 , you are not eligible . Its good that you are interested in IAS , but friend you have to complete your Graduation first , and when you are in the final year of Graduation , i would advice you to apply for Prelim Exam

For giving the IAS exam, the minimum eligibility is the graduation, therefore first you need to complete your graduation and thereafter you can apply for the IAS exam.
Moreover, there is also am age criteria for giving the exam.
It says that you cannot give the IAS exam, unless you are 21 years old.
