dear friend, according to eligibility criteria you are not eligible for IES exam
because graduation is compulsury for appearing in IAS exam.
After completed your graduation you can apply for it.

For the civil service exam only graduation is compulsory for the exam. Post graduation diploma and post graduation is no matter for the exam.
Civil service exam requirement the candidate must have graduate in any stream from the approved university.
If you have the graduation degree then you are eligible for the exam otherwise you are not eligible for he exam.
Age limit for the exam is the 2 to 30 years.
Age relaxation for the reserve category as per government rules.

Your education qualification not eligible for IAS.
A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or board or institute and if you are pursuing final year of the degree or awaited for the result of final year or appearing for final year exams then also you can apply for UPSC civil services exams
Your age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age would be provided as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD and 5 years upper age

Hi,Friend i am Sorry to say this that your not eligible to apply for civils exam as per the notification you mUst be a graudate form recognised university as you did only four years diploma only not degree hence your not eligible

Age :21-30 years
Education : Graduation form UGC recognized university
Attempts ; General candidate can apply for 4 times
obc candidate can apply for 7 times
SC/ST no limit on attempts
Examination held in three stages
I.Preliminary
II.Mains
III.Interview
