Yes you are eligible to apply in I.A.S. & I.E.S. exam.
I.A.S. stands for Indian Administrative Service.
I.E.S. stands for Indian Engineering Service.
Both these exams are conducted by U.P.S.C.
ELIGIBILITY FOR I.A.S.:-
- You must have completed your graduation from recognized university. - Candidates who have completed their graduation from professional/technical courses can also apply for this test.
- Final year students are also eligible to apply.
- Only passing mark in graduation is required.
- Minimum age required is 21 years.
- Age limit is 21-30 years.
- There is also relaxation of upper age limit for SC/ST, O.B.C candidates
- For SC/ST- 5 years of age relaxation, i.e. age limit- 21-35 years.
- For O.B.C-3 years of age relaxation, i.e. age limit- 21-33 years.
- The candidate must be Indian.
- The candidate must be physically fit.
- Number of attempts for general category is 4
- Number of attempts for SC/ST- Unlimited
- Number of attempts for O.B.C- 7

--You must be a graduate holder in Engineering to apply for this exam.
--Or, you must be a degree holder in engineering with following streams.
1)Civil Engineering
2)Electrical Engineering
3)Mechanical engineering
4)Electronics and Communication Engineering
--Final year candidates are also eligible for the exam.
--Candidate must not have any pending backlogs.
--Age criteria should be 21-30 years.
--Upper age relaxation is available to SC,ST & OBC candidates.

YOU HAVE TO TAKE EITHER CIVIL OR MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL OR ELECTRONICS PAPERS TO APPLY IN THE EXAM.

Eligibility Criteria for I.M.A in CDS :-
Age should be between 19 years and 24 years and only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
Graduation in any desire subject from any recognized university or equivalent qualification.
Candidates who are appearing in the final year of degree course can also apply for this examination.
Basic eligibility required for NDA are:
- You are eligible for NDA after 10+2 exam.
-only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
-candidates appearing in 12th class can also apply.
- Age : From 19 Years to 24 years. Engineer graduates 20 to 27 years
- Degree. BA, B.Sc or B.Tech/BE
IES Exam
In order to attend the Engineering Service exam, aspirants have to pass the engineering graduation in any disciplines. They should have studied Mechanical, Electronics and Tele-Communication, Civil or Electrical Engineering. Postgraduates in Science streams can also attend the test. However, they should have specialized in Electronics, Radio Engineering, Radio Physics or Wireless Communications. In addition, they are supposed to be aged above 21 and below 30 years. UPSC carries out the Engineering Service examination every year for the recruitment of technically proficient professionals to fill in the various vacancies incurred in Indian departments.
ISS exam
Aspirants who have completed the Masters� degree in Statistics can apply for the ISS examination. Those who have passed the postgraduate degree in Applied or Mathematical Statistics can also appear for the test. Aspirants ought to have completed the program from a recognized institution or University. The ISS test will last for time duration of 3 days. Those who are short-listed in the written test may have to attend an individual interview thereafter so as to get into Indian Statistical Service wing of UPSC. The notification for the test will be published in leading employment dailies in the month of July every year and the test is conducted in December.

Yes definitely you are eligible for IAS, IES after completing B.E in EEE branch. Civil Services Examinationis conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the postof IAS, IRS, IPS. And you just need to be graduate from recognized university in any discipline to appear for Civil Services Exam.
IES stands for Indian Engineering Services.
IES exam is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates in different services such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and electronics engineering. And to appear for IES Exam you just need to be a engineering graduate.
