the minimum qualification to appear upsc exam is graduation in any field. as u are a graduate with b.c.a qualification u are eligible to apply for upsc exam which will be conducted in the year 2012.

Yes you are eligible for the UPSC Exam as per your educational qualification but at the same time you also have to fulfill the other eligibility criteria required for the same.
Also , i just want to say that you cannot write the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2012 as the preliminary exam has already been conducted in the month May so you have to wait for 2013.
The Other Eligibility criteria that you should consider carefully are :
* Your age must lie in between 21-30 years.
* There is also a relaxation in upper age of 3 years for students belonging to OBC Category and of 5 years for students belonging to OBC Category.
* You must have Indian Citizenship.

Dear UPSC has released the notification for the civil service examination and you should have following eligibility criteria to apply for this examination
You must posses a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and if you are pursuing final year of your degree then also you are eligible and your age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is as 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates
You may also apply for Combined Defense Service - IMA section and UPSC CPF - Assistant Commandant Examination and for more details about the various examinations of UPSC you need to visit at www.upsc.gov.in and you can apply for civil service examination from - 5th March 2013 to 4th April 2013 and you can appear for UPSC civil service prelims examination at - 26-05-2013 so prepare well because the time is very less and if possible then join any coaching and start your preparation

B.C.A is a graduation course . So, B.C.A candidate are also eligible.
- Candidate must be passed his/her graduation from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.
