The candidates who have completed their graduation are only applicable for the IAS.
The either 3 or 4 year course after completing your intermediate,but you can not apply with 11th qualification.
There is also the age issue,as it is required to have minimum of 21 years to apply for the IAS.
As your qualification is 11th,your age must not be of 21 years.
