    Hi

I want to tell you that there is no relaxation in the age of General category candidates.

The relaxation in the age is provided to the reserved category candidates.

THE AGE RELAXATION FOR THE RESERVED CATEGORIES IS GIVEN AS

Eligibility for UPSC Civil Service Examination

A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and final year pursuing candidates are also eligible to apply for this examination

Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen Category candidates and relaxation in upper age for Widow/Divorced/Separated female candidates as per government guidelines

Dear if you belongs to General category then you will not get relaxation in upper age at any condition but if you comes under PWD or ESM then you will definitely get the upper age relaxation as mentioned above but if not then you will not get any type of upper age relaxation in the examination

UPSC board has released the online application dates and notification for this examination and all the details about the relaxation in upper age are mentioned completely in details so that download this notification and get more details about this examination and if you found yourself eligible then you should apply for this exam at - www.upsc.gov.in

    All the best

    Dear Aspirant!
The maximum age limit for different category are:
General- 21 years to 30 years.
    SC/ST - 21 years to 35 years .
    OBC - 21 to 33 years only.

Additionally, age relaxation apart from above category will be only for Ex service men category only.
Ex - service means the persons who worked and retired from Defense services.

    Hello Dear Sir ..

    hi
I am sorry to say but there is no relaxation for the general category students in any stram.
The reservation and relaxation is given only to the obc and the sc/st category students along with the physically handicapped students.
For general category, the age criteria for giving the exam is 21-30 years whereas that of the obc and sc/st category is 21-33 and 21-35 years respectively
