Sorry, dear girls can not apply for IMA (Indian Military Academy)

Only unmarried men can apply for this examination after Graduation.

Girls can apply only OTA (Officer Training Academy)

For OTA candidate must be Graduate degree from any recognized university

candidate should be unmarried.
Age should be between 19-25 year


So dear now you can not apply for OTA
first of all you would be complete your graduation degree

Only unmarreid male are eligible for ota exam after graduation.

Ima exam stands for indian military academy.

You can apply ota exam.

Ota exam stands fro officer training academy.

For this,

you must be graduate atleast.
Age limit is 19-25 years.

Sorry , female candidates are not eligible to apply for the Indian Military Academy Examination after 12th examination . But after completing graduation you may have a chance to apply for the Defence Services examination .

--This examination is comes under the CDS Examination and the CDS Examination entries are IMA , Naval Academy , Air force Academy , Officer Training Academy .

--FOR IMA :: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University and must have a minimum 19 years and maximum 24 years at the time of appearing for this examination and Only Unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for this examination . So you can not apply for the CDS IMA Examination .

--If you are interested to join defence services and then first you have to completed graduate degree . After completing graduate degree in any discipline , you can apply for Defence Service through NCC Special Entry , Officer Training Academy Examination .

Yes definitely girls can apply for IMA but only after graduation only.
CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).

The eligibility criteria for CDS Exam are as follows:
Nationality:
The candidate must be Indian.

Age Limit: Male candidates (Unmarried) of age between
(i) For IMA: 19-24 years.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: 19-22 years.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: 19-23 years.
(iv) For OTA: Male candidates (married or unmarried) of age between 19-25 years.
(v) For OTA: Unmarried Women of age between 19-24 years.

Educational Qualification:
(i) For I.M.A. and OTA: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Final year students can also apply.

We are sorry to say dear that girls are not eligible to apply for IMA after completing 12th because after your 12th class candidates becomes eligible to apply for NDA - National Defense Academy Exam and girls are not eligible to apply for NDA exam for any of the - IMA or other two departments but girls may apply for IMA after completing their graduation means they are eligible to apply for CDS - Combined Defense Service Exam

Eligibility To Apply for Combined Defense Service Exam 2013

Indian Army - Should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and final year pursuing candidates are also eligible to apply for CDS exam and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 24 years

Indian Navy - Should be graduate with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject with chemistry or biology or computer science as other subject and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 22 years

Indian Air Force - Should be graduate with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject and any one of the - Biology/Chemistry/Computer Science and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 23 years

You should go to complete your degree and when you comes in final year apply for for IMA because girls are allowed to appear for CDS exam till the maximum age limit

NO YOU CAN NOT APPLY FOR UPSC IMA EXAMS.

There are two reasons due to which you are not applicable for IMA exams.

~The minimum criteria of educational qualification required for CDSE(IMA) is graduation ,and you are just a 10+2th passed girl.

~Second one is that you being a girl can not apply for IMA as only boys are applicable for IMA.

IMA is a process of entry in to the army through UPSC exams.
You can join army through CDSE(OTA) where both male and females are applicable,but only after the graduation degree.

UPSC IMA is not a exam , you can find IMA through UPSC after clearing NDA exam.

But as being a girls candidate you care not eligible for NDA exam

because female candidate are not eligible for this exam,
Only male and unmarried candidate can appear this exam.

If you want to join IMA then you can apply CDS exam after completing your gradution

For CDS exam
candidate should be graduate for air force graduation with subject of maths and physics.
age of the candidate should be 19 to 25 year.
