Friend I am in doubt that if your grandfather is Indian that how is your father nepali.
but you didn't give any information about your mother.
if your mother is also nepali then you can't apply for the IPS exam.
but if your mother is Indian then you are eligible to apply for the IPS exam because via mother you will get the Indian citizenship.
