You should follow the criteria that is written below.
~Educational qualification-graduation from any stream from any recognized university.
~Age limit-21 to 30 years ,and 3 years and 5 years upper age relaxation for the OBC and SC/St respectively.
~Number of attempts-4 for general candidate,7-OBC,unlimited-SC/ST.
So there is no issue regarding the stream of the graduation,you just need to be graduate and here also thhe percentage is not a issue,you just need to pass the graduation degree.
