    dear friend,

for IPS you have to give UPSC Civil Services Exam.
you can apply for UPSC Civil Services exam after completing graduation in B.E(IT) or you can also apply for UPSC exams while appearing in your final year of graduation .
for applying your college or university must be recognized and your age must be within 21 years to 30 years.

there is relaxation in UPPER AGE limit for reserved category candidates(3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates).

    Good Luck........
