-Having completed your BTech in CIVIL ENGINEERING,you definitely stand a chance to join the INDIAN ARMY through the UPSC.
-You can appear for the COMBINED DEFENSE SERVICE exams which are conducted annually by the UPSC for the recruitment of deserving candidates in the Officers Training Academy{OTA}, Indian Military Academy{IMA}, Naval Academy & Air Force.
-The CDS exams are conducted twice in an year by the UPSC.

-The complete Eligibility Criteria of the CDS exams are mentioned below ::

01. NATIONALITY.
You must be a citizen of INDIA,
or,Your citizenship must be recognized & permitted by the UPSC.

02. AGE LIMITS.
For OTA : 19 To 25 years.
For IMA : 19 To 24 years.
For NAVY : 19 To 22 years.
For AIR FORCE : 19 To 23 years.Relaxations are allowed according to Government norms.

Yes you can join Indian Army through UPSC with your present age and academic qualification.

For this you will have to clear the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Exam conducted by the UPSC.
This exam is conducted twice in a year by UPSC and is considered one of the most famous UPSC Exam.

The Eligibility criteria for the CDS Exam is given below:-
Minimum academic qualification:-
For IMA and OTA :- Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
For Naval Academy :- Degree in Engineering
For Air Force Academy :- Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

Age limits for each academy:-

For IMA 19 - 24 years
For NA 19 - 22 years
For AFA 19 - 23 years
For OTA 19 - 25 years

So you must start preparing for the CDS Exam as you have both the academic qualification and required age for the Exam.

along with army you also attempt for navy and airforce also

if you are below the age of 19 years

then you can apply through the NDA exam

if you are above the 19 years and you have a any degree like b.tech

then you can apply through CDS exam that is upto you

you would also eligible to apply for IAS,IFS and IPS

Yes you can get the Indian Army through the UPSC Examination.In Upsc examination you Attend the CDS Exam and this examination is conducted by twice Per year.

Yeah sure , you are eligible to apply for Indian Army through CDS (Combined Defence Service ) Examination . If you having the degree course then you are definitely eligible to apply for Union Public Service Examination .

CDS Stands for Combined Defence Service Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year as called as CDS I and CDS II . CDS Exam conducted for Military (IMA) , Naval (NA) , Air force (AFA) and Officer Training Academy (OTA) .
