Yes, you are eligible for the UPSC exams like IAS,IFS,IES etc..
Here is the eligibility criteria for most of the UPSC exams:
1. Educational Qualification: A graduate degree from any stream from a recognized university..
Final year students can also apply.
2.Age Criteria: 21-30 years
there is age relaxation of 3 years for OBC category and 5 years for the SC/ST category..

you can appear in the examination right after graduation.Infect you can apply for civil services examination in final year
also .
but for it you have to fulfill the qualification.
qualification:-
1. you must be an indian.
2. you must be a graduate from a govt. recognized university.
age criteria:-
1. for general category students:- 21-30 years.
2. for obc category students :-21-33 years.
3. for sc/st candidates :- 21-35 years.
also there is a 5 year AGE RELAXATION FOR CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYEE.

Yes my friend after your graduation you can give the UPSC exam , moreover in your final year of graduation also you can write the exam .
But you may have to fulfill the below criteria.
-> one should done their graduation from any recognized university
-> A final year student can also eligible for applying the exam , but before the main exam one have to complete the graduation .
-> age limit is 21-30 for general cast , 3 years relaxion for obc , 5 years relaxion for sc/st/ex-serviceman , 10 years relaxion for physically handicapped .
-> maximum 4 attempts are allowed for the general cast , 7 for obc cast and no limit for the no of attempts for the sc/st cast
So if you fulfill the above criteria then you can give the exam .
The exam pattern is below :
There are three rounds.
preliminary exam
main exam
interview
Preliminary exam consist two papers
1.General Study
2.Optional subject
and one should pass this exam for qualifying for the next round .
Main exam consists 9 descriptive type paper
1-Any language defined in constitution of India
2-english
3-essay
4-general study
5-general study
6-optional subject-1
7-optional subject-1
8-optional subject-2
9-optional subject-2
The first two papers marks are not considered but one should pass this two paper compulsory .

you can appear for the examinations
1.CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION (for IAS,IPS)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::
You must be a citizen ofIndia,or, You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or, You must be a TibetanRefugee settled permanently in India before 1962.
You must be of 21 to 30 years of age. However, there is a relaxation in the upper age limit, of 3 years For the OBC and 5 years for the SC/ST
you must have completed your Graduation or Equivalent, from a recognized university under any Stream, or be a final year student in the same
The number of attempts is 4 for a General category student,7 for an OBC candidate, and unlimited for a SC/ST candidate, until he fulfills the age criteria
2. Central police force (CPF) held once every year whose eligibility criteria are
1.university graduate of any stream either in final year/passed out with 55% in graduation
2. Age limit within 20-25 years relaxation in the upper age limit, of 3 years for the OBC sand 5 years for the SC/ST
3.CDSE (for recruitments in three armed forces of Indian union) exam conducted bi-annually
for the maltery academy and ota (officer training acedemy )exam the qualification required graduation in any stream from the recognition university
for the naval and air force the qualification is required graduation in science subject.
There is no age relaxation for any category
4. IES exam:-
The term and condition is same as the civil service exam only different is the required qualification in this exam required the b.tech
There are four categories in IES exam:
Category I�Civil Engineering.
Category II�Mechanical Engineering.
Category III�Electrical Engineering.
Category IV�Electronics & Telecommunication
Engineering
5. Combined graduate level test
This test is taken by the staff selection commission
The age limit is the 21 to 27 years
Relaxation for the reserve category/
Qualification is required graduation in any stream from the reorganization university
