Friend, sorry to say there is no any way or any UPSC Examination which helps you to get job in military or para-military forces.At the age of 28 years, it is not possible to join any defence force or any military or para-military force or any police force.Please note that:# NDA Examination makes recruitment in defence forces upto the age of 19 years only.# CDS Examination makes recruitment in defence service upto the age of 25 years only.But yoy have not mentioned regarding your educational qualification, so that I can give you any advice.If you are graduate in any discipline, then you still have a ray of hope. You can join the TERRITORIAL ARMY as officer ranks. Indian Army advertised for joining Territorial Army every year generally in the months from June to September every year.
