It is a myth about the verbal section that it is very tough. But there is n o such case, even in the syllabus mentioned for the upsc, it is clearly written that only intermediate level English will be asked in the examination. and the level is that only. there is a lack of awareness and touch to the engish language that is why people suffer this problem of not coping up with the paper.
