Yes, any graduate can apply for the UPSC Examination. For UPSC Examination, graduates in any stream with any percentage marks are accepted fully. If you are graduate in any stream, you are also eligible for UPSC Examination. Here, your age limit should be 21-30 years. For obc 21-33 years, for SC & ST 21-35 years. General category have four attempts, OBC have seven attempts and SC & ST category have no limit on number of attempts.

yes a graduate in any field from an ugc recognised university is eligible for upsc exams the age limit for general candidates are 21 to 30 years, for obc candidates age limit is 21 to 33 years, for sc/st candidates the age limit is 21 to 35 years and for pd candidates age limit is 21 to 40 years.

UPSC conduct Civil Services Exam for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS, IFS etc. For Civil Services you need graduation.
UPSC made changes in the pattern for Civil Services Exam. Now there is no optional subject in Prelims and now you have to choose one optional subject from the list of optional subjects. Now General Studies given more weightage than Optional Subjects.
