Its totally depend on your catching power. if your catching power is strong then you can easily understand otherwise it will take time. there are some tip which is helpful for you to prepare for this exam.
1. read news paper daily. reading newspaper is very beneficial for you because you cover a lot of awareness from this.
2. be regular that means continuity in your study is very important part of your preparation.
3. make a friend circle where you can discuss your problem related to UPSC
