Dear first of all you should see your exact category from which you belongs means there are following categories considers in India

SC - Scheduled Caste
ST - Scheduled Tribe
OBC - Other Backward Classes - Creamy Layer and Non-Creamy Layer
General or Open Category

So that first you should see your caste certificate that is written on your caste certificate and if your caste certificate shows that you belongs to either any one of the OBC or SC or ST category then you should choose that category in the application form and if you do not have your category certificate then you should ask from your parents that which caste you should mention in the application form means should you choose General or any other one so that they may tell you the exact caste and you may apply with the help and if they also feels unable to tell you the exact caste and category that in which category you comes under then you should go to your - Tehsiel or Talluka and there would be some officers of state government and you may ask from them about your category that in which category you comes and tell them about the situation
