    Hi Aspirant,


    After completing BDS you are eligible to apply for the civil service exam in 2013.

    Civil Service exam is organized by the Union Public Service Commission for the recruitment of IAS, IPS or IRS posts.

    Civil Service Exam is conducted once in a year.

    To apply for this exam you must satisfy the eligibility criteria.


    Eligibility criteria

    Candidates must have graduation degree in any branch from recognized university or its equivalent.

    Candidates can also apply in final year of graduation.

    No certain marks of percentage required

    Candidate�s age should be between 21 to 30 years.

    Age limit for SC/ST candidates is 21 to 35 years

    Age limit for OBC candidates is 21 to 33 years.

    You should be Indian.

    You can apply for the Civil Service exam in two modes

    In this year UPSC is going to release the notification for Civil Service exam on 2/2/2013 and last date of application form will be 4/3/2013.

    Hello Dear,

    Yes after completing BDS you are eligible for Civil services exam 2013.
    Civil services exam is conducted by UPSc once in a year . this exam is also known as CSAT exam or IAS exam

    If you want to appear the exam then there are some eligibility criteria which are important to fulfilled by the candidate

    Eligibility Criteria for CSAt exam

    Candidate should be graduate in any stream from recognized university.
    final year candidate are also eligible for this exam.

    Age Limit for general candidate is 21 to 30 year.
    3year age relaxation for OBC candidate and 5 year age relaxation for SC/ST candidate.

    Nationality should be Indian

    Attempt limit
    For General candidate- 4 attempt
    OBC- 7 Attempt
    SC/ST - no limit

    IMPORTANT DATES---
    notification 02/02/2013,
    last date of submission: 04/03/2013
    Date of prelim exam. 19/05/2013

    Yes absolutely you are eligible to appear for UPSC Exam after completing BDS.
    Various Exams are conducted by UPSC for graduates some for them are listed below:
    Civil Services Exam (IAS, IRS, IPS)
    Engineering Services Exam (Civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics engg)
    IFS Exam (Forest Services)
    CDS Exam (Combined Defence Services)
    ISS Exam (Statistical Services)
    CPF Exam (Central Police Force)
    CMS Exam (Combined Medical Services)

    The Basic eligibility criteria for maximum exams are:
    The candidate should have a degree in any discipline from university recognized by UGC. Final Year students can also apply.
    The candidate should be Indian
    The age limit is 21-30 years

    Hi,
    yes of course you are eligible for appearing in Civil Services Examination held by UPSC.

    There are some eligibility criteria for appearing this exam:-

    You should have completed your graduation from any recognized university in any stream.

    Final year students in graduation can also apply for the same.

    The age limit is 21-30 years for General candidate(4 attempts) with a relaxation of 3,5 and 5 years for OBC(7 attempts),SC(unlimited attempts) and ST(unlimited attempts) candidates respectively.

    You should be a citizen of India.

    You are eligible in UPSC exam after complete degree
    age between on 21----30.

    Dear Friend,

    Yes ,you are eligible for civil services examination.

    For that examination you should be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.

    It does not matter that in which fields you are passing your graduation only you should be graduate.

    Your age must be under 21-30 years.

    You must be citizen of India.

    Male/Female both are eligible.
