Being a biotechnology student you can apply for the civil service exam and for this you need to apply the CSAT exam.
in CSAT mains exam you will have to need to choose two optional subject.

dear, lots of optional subjects in mains exam but according to me you chemistry, medical science, physics and zoology is the best subjects bcoz you are a biotechnology engineer.
