YES YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR APPLYING IN IES EXAM.
The educational qualification required for applying in IES is a engineering degree from any stream.But the only factor that has to be maintained is that you will have to apply for IES under these four categories
1)Mechanical Engineering
2)Electrical Engineering
3)Electronics and Communication Engineering.
4)Civil Engineering.
There is no surprises for you as your stream is civil only,then you can happily apply for civil engineering category.
