The educational qualification required is Graduation in any Discipline from a UGC recognised University.
Age Limit is 21-30yrs in general category and relaxation by +3yrs for OBC and by +5yrs for SC/ST candidates.
The no. of attempts in general category 4 times,OBC 7 times and SC/ST Unlimited times.
So Plan to appear for CS exams,prepare well before attempting it.
