UPSC have various civil services examination just like IAS i.e. Indian Administrative Services, IPS i.e. Indian Police Services, IES i.e. Indian Engineering Services, IFS i.e. Indian Forest Services, SCRA i.e. Special Class railway apprentice, CMS i.e. Combine Medical Services etc. You can fill the form of any of these civil services examination.
The general qualification for the examination is graduation in any stream for ias/ips and if you want to go for ies exam then you should have engineering pass out student. For ifs exam engineering and chemistry level graduate candidate apply and for scra level exam you should have only 10+2 certificate and for cms exam you should have MBBS. The age limit is likely same for all exam. The age limit for ias/ips exam is 21 to 30 years.
You can only fill the form 4 times if you have general category candidate and 7 times for OBC and no limits for SC/ST candidates. You have to fill the form at www.upsconline.nic.in. Best of luck.

Civil service examination is conducted by UPSC for various services like IAS,IPS,foreign services,Group A or Group B services
Eligibility
1)You must be Indian.
2)You must have completed your graduation from recognized university.
3)A final year student is also eligible to apply in this exam.
4) You just need a pass mark to attain in this exam.
5)Your age limit is 21-30 years.
But for OBC-3 years & for SC/ST- 5 years of upper age limit relaxation is there.
6)If you have completed your graduation from technical/professional courses then also you are eligible to apply.

Paper I of preliminary examination consists of following syllabus

6)General issues on Environmental Ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate Change
7)General Science.
Paper II- (200 marks) Duration: Two hours
1)Comprehension Interpersonal skills including communication skills;
2)Logical reasoning and analytical ability
3)Decision-making and problem-solving
4)General mental ability Basic numeracy (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude, etc.) (Class X level),
