all the graduates form recognized institute are eligible for upsc exam .also final year appearing aspirants can apply for upsc exams according to the new eligibility criteria to apply for upsc exams .
so first of all i would say you are eligible for IES exam being a final year electronics engg student.
your age should be between 21-30 years if you are general category student .
    age limit :

    Dear,
You can appear the examination as you are an appearing candidate of the final year examination. But there are limited chances to appear the examination. The age limit is 21-30years and the upper age limit is 03years for OBC and 05years for SC/ST candidates. And there is 04 attempts for the General candidates and 07 attempts for OBC candidates and unlimited attempts till the last age for the SC/ST candidates. So if you think on it once again to appear the examination. Thanks....
