Before apply you should read eligibility for this:
Age Limit :
For General Candidate 21-30 years
For OBC Candidate 21-33 years
For SC/ST Candidate 21-35 years
Educational Qualification:
Candidate should be graduate from any recognized university.
There is no percentage required.
Final year candidate can also apply.
