IAS form is filled online.The examination is Civil Services and IAS is only a part of it.The registration occurs generally in the month of February-March..You need to check at the website of UPSC at www.upsc.gov.in next year to know about the notification.You can find the link of Examination calendar on their website where you can know about future exams expected notification registration or exam dates.As the exam of CS prelims has just ended now,you need to wait till next year January around to know notification. The form will be filled online.You need to get scanned photo and sign for the form.Payment is done either online through debit card or net banking OR offline at the specified banks.

Well dear for filling the ias form you have to go nowhere,it is online.if you want to apply for ias exam then you should wait for the notification for the ias exam on the upsc website.when notification comes then go to the upsc website.after that go to the option apply online,then fill all the details about yourself and upload your photo and signature.thank you

IAS exam is conducted by UPSC once in a year.The candidate who have hold a bachelor degree can apply for the exam. At the year of exam the candidate must have attained 21 year & not more than 30 year of age.
