to become customs officer the candidate should be a graduate in any discipline and should clear upsc and ssc exams respectively.
age=21-30 years.
after getting selected the candidates would face the 15 months rigorous training at national academy of customs excise and narcotics in faridabad.
the members of indian customs begin their career as assistant collector and reach upto chief collector.
the exam is CIVIL SERVICE EXAM.
the civil service exam consists of 2 stages i.e
a)preliminary exam
2)civil service main exam.
