Dear, Electronics Engineering are not included in the list of optional subjects of CIVIL / IFS SERVICES. So for these Exams you have to choose another subjects. While for other Exams of UPSC prepare seriously. But its better to target any one of them and be passionate about it. Otherwise in last you will gain nothing....So, think only for one not for all...Good Luck...

1.as you are a electrical and electronics engineering graduate.so you have to select some optional subjects for urself.select that.
<>collect the syallabus of all the subjects.
