YES YOU CAN APPLY FOR UPSC CIVIL SERVICES EXAMS

Below is the eligibilty for the UPSC exams:
Min educational qualifications is graduation pass from recognised university
Min age-21 years
Max age-30 years
OBC gets 3 years age relaxation and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxation

Number of attempts-4 for gENERAL CATEGORY AND 7 FOR obc CATEGORY AND no restriction for nSC/ST

Exams are held in three stages-Prelims, mains and interview

If you meet the above eligibilty you can sit in the UPSC civil servcies exams

but condition is that when you reach the final step means interview/document verification.

then you should have degree passed certificate from the recognized university

If you already filled the form of UPSC exam and gave the preliminary exam but you failed in TY B.Com exam then you will not allowed for the next round and you will be rejected .
But if you never gave the UPSC exam till now then you are eligible for the exam because as you are in final year and every final year student are eligible for the exam no matter if you re-appearing in the exam .
But you should fulfill the criteria below incorporate to above criteria .
=> you must be a indian citizen .
=> your age must be between 21-30 for general cast , 3 years relaxation for obc cast , 5 years relaxation for sc/st cast .

If you fulfill the above criteria then you can apply for the exam .
