I finished B.Sc in 2009. Still I am having arrear in one subject. Can I apply for UPSC exam or not?

i finished my b.sc course in 2009. still i,m having arrear in one subject, can i apply for upsc exam?

Min eligibilty criteria to sit in the UPSC civil services exams is Graduation pass

sin ce you have not completed your graduation, so you are not eligible

first clear all the papers of your graduation and get the certificate than apply for UPSC civil services exams

Max age to apply is 30 years for general candidates

Number of attempts is 04

for upsc exams like cds,ias,ifs,cpf which are graduation based exams needs at least graduation form a recognized university under ugc for being eligible for these exams .
as you have not completed your graduation yet so you are not eligible for upsc exams .
one more thing that is important to write upsc exams is your age .it should be between 21-30 years if you belong to general category,12-33 years for obc category,21-35 years for sc/st category.

UPSC will conduct exams for

1. CDS
2. IPS officer
3. IAS etc

So for all post completion graduation is compulsory. so you are not eligible now.
