Age Limits:
General - 21 to 30 yrs
OBC (non creamy layer) - 21 to 33 yrs
SC/ST - 21 to 35 yrs
PH - 21 to 40 yrs

>> Candidate should have passed a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university
>> Age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years
>> Relaxation in upper age as 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates
>> 10 years upper age relaxation for PWDs and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen Candidates

yes you can apply for IAS EXAM after complete graduate in any stream and you are post graduate then you are also eligible for IAS EXAM.

Age upto a maximum of 3years .If the candidates belongs to the Other Backward caste.
