Dear candidate being a color blind graduate you never try for n.d.a of union public service examination their requirement free from color blind/night blind otherwise job purpose of defence will be aimless.on the other word a colorblind can do other administrative jobs of upse then purpose is helpful.

educational qualification;-the person must be graduate
nationality;-indian
age limits;-
general-21 to 30 years
obc-21 to 33 years
sc/st-21 to 35 years
physical handicaped students-21 to 40 years
ex service man-21 to 35 years

there is no reservations in upsc exam.

there is no matter of color blindness in civil service exam.

a color blind graduate is not eligible for all exams.conducted by the upsc specially few defence category job restricts color blind and night blind to sit for the respective exams which is belong to upsc.
Civil services like ias/ips/ies exams conducted by union public service commission is free from such restriction candidates having color blind can apply.
