there is two way to fill the application form
1. online method
2. offline method
with the help of the online method you fill the application form on the official website of the upsc. and pay the fee through net banking or deposit the state bank with the help of the bank challan.
with the help of the offline method you purchase the application form the head post office and fill the application form and pay the fee trough CRF ticket which is also available in the post office.

- The filling of application of UPSC is totally depend upon online method
- First of all go for the particular site i.e., www.upsc.gov.in
- Then click on the recently notification of the UPSC
- After it shows recently posts of UPSC
- Click the eligible post of your qualification
- Then application form will be opened ,there you go
- Coming payment of fee , it involves two types
- i.e., online method and offline method
- In online method if you have credit or debit card then pay the fee with that
- In offline method you can go for corresponding bank and make a challahan
- Then they will give transaction id
- Using with it you can fill part 2 of the process
- Finally you should get mail from UPSC site

I will guide you through it.
I have mentioned below the complete step-by-step procedure to apply for the UPSC CIVIL SERVICES exams.
>> The notifications of application forms are released by the first week of February.
>> There are two modes to apply :: ONLINE or OFFLINE !!
>> To apply ONLINE,you need to visit the website:: www.upsconline.nic.in
The registration is carried out in two parts,PART-I and PART-II.
While filling the PART-I,you have to input all your basic details.It includes,your name,date of birth,your qualifications,parent's name,address,etc.
After completing PART-I registration,you have to make the payment either through CHALLAN method or through ONLINE BANKING.
You will receive a Transaction ID.
Use this transaction ID to fill in the PART-II registration.Also submit your scanned photograph and signature.
Finally submit the form.
You are done !!
>> To apply offline,you may purchase the application kit from the regional head post office branch.
The price of the application form is Rs 20/-.
Fill in the form as directed on the brochure.
After filling it,paste the CRF stamp of the requisite amount and post it on the desired address.
>> Make sure you apply only once.
>> The confirmation of your registration will be sent on your e-mail ID,that you had applied on the application form.
>> You have completed your registration and you can wait to receive the admit cards,or download them,when the time comes.

Process to Fill Online Application form for UPSC Exams :
Visit at www.upsc.gov.in then click at UPSC Online Application and you will see a new page and you should click at - Online Application for Various UPSC exams then there would be a new page and you will see the exam name for which you want to apply so that you should click at Part I registration and then you will see a blank registration form so that you have to provide all accurate information about you and your educational records and all others as age, address, and select the examination center which is easily available in or around your hometown then click submit and when you will submit your application form you will receive your registration no. and you should note down your registration no. and copy then print your registration slip then click at Part II registration and upload your passport size photo and signature then submit your application form easily and print your application form and now you would be registered in UPSC board for exam.

The Application procedure of the Entrances conducted by the UPSC has got two modes now :

In this website you would get all details regarding the exam for which you want to apply and also can apply for the same.
You must have a regular registered Debit/Credit card through which you have to make the online payment.
Otherwise you have to choose the OFFLINE mode, where you have to refer to the notification in which the availability of forms is mentioned. You have to buy the brochure and form, fill it and duly sign it. After that you have to post it/deliver it personally to the concerned office.
These are the two ways by which you can apply for the UPSC Exams.
