My age is 30 yrs. Working in a PSU under ministry of telecommunications. Will I be able to apply for engineering service examinations?

Myself 30 years old , working in a PSU under ministry of telecommunication whether i am eligible to apply for Engineering service Examination under age relaxation category.

If you hold a permanent post in any of the govt. dept/office under the following authority and you apply for corresponding exam as mentioned in the table above, then you can get age relaxation for 5 years (ie upto 35 years of age)
this relaxation does not apply to a probationary officer against a permanent post.
