Age limit for Most of the UPSC exam is 21-30 years so you will not be eligible for most of them..
But still you can give IAS exam if your caste comes under reserved categories(sc,st)
Because Age limit for SC/ST is 35 years.

OR Either you are a ph candidate than
Only you can apply for the exam

Education :
~ The Applicant should be pass in the graduation

For OBC candidate age should be between 21-33 years
If you complete the age 33 years on 1st august. then you can not apply.
If you age in not over 33 as on 1st august then you can apply.

For Physical handicapped 10 years.

if you age a general candidate then sorry you can,t apply UPSC EXAM because age for general 21 to 30 years.
if you are a obc candidate then age limit 21 to 33 years.
If you complete the age 33 years on 1st august. then you can not apply.
if you are a sc/st candidates then yes you can apply. because for sc/st age 21 to 35 years.

Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Civil Services Exams 2013 :
A bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks and 45% marks for SC/ST category candidates.
Age should be between 21-30 years and relaxation in age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST category and 3 years for OBC category candidates.
If you belong to SC/ST category then you can apply for UPSC Civil Services exams as - IAS, IPS, IFS till the age of 35 years but if you are in other category then you are not eligible for any UPSC exam
