Sorry to say that you are not eligible for SCRA 2013 exam because you cross the above age limit . as per the criteria of SCRA your age don''t exceed 21 years but your age will be approx 22 years

Eligibility criteria is

candidate Should have passed 12th with one compulsory subject maths.

candidate who are appearing their 12th exam are also eligible for SCRA 2013

Age criteria is

candidate must be in between 17 to 21 year

there is no age relaxation for any category candidate.

Recently SCRA release the notification for SCRA exam.

According to the notification only candidates who born between 2^nd January 1992 and 1^st January 1996 can apply for SCRA exam.

See,according to the eligibility criteria,
The candidates aspiring for the SCRA exam must have attained 17 years of age and must not have completed 21 years on 1st August of the year of examination. Certain categories of persons as specified in the Notice are eligible for age relaxation.

But since you would has crossed 21 years till 1st August 2013,hence you fail to fulfill the age criteria!

SCRA is a Special class railway apprentices exam and you can�t give this exam if you are above 21 years of age. Hence you are not elgible.

To apply for SCRA exam you should be 10+2 pass with Physics and mathematics .

There is limit in age also for this exam. You must be 17 to 21 years of age if you are applying for his exam.

SCRA exam is conducted by UPSC so you can apply for this exam through UPSC website .
