Educational qualification: The candidate must be pass in graduation from a recognized university

Age limit: For general 21-30 and relaxation to obc and sc/st of 5 and 3 years

As you can see the minimum education required for upsc exam is graduation

Dear, UPSC never wants your Academic Marks. They need that your Degree/Board Certificate must from a Recognized University/board/institute. In UPSC Preliminary Exams all questions belongs to 10+2 level, but for Optional Subjects you have to prepare at Degree Level. One thing here I would like to state you that in Prelims separate questions are not asked for Civil Engineering Candidates.So, Good Luck..

My friend , for the UPSC exam one should done their graduation .
No upsc exams will be based on the 12th marks .
So you have to complete your graduation .
The age limit for the exam :
21-30 for general cast
21-33 for obc
21-35 for sc/st/ex-serviceman/physically handicapped .
In UPSC entrance exam the questions may be on the topics of history , poitics , geography , aptitude , logical reasoning , english , current affairs etc .

there are two entrance exam :- nda and scra. these exams are of 12th standard and the educational qualification required for these is also 12th pass.
