Dear Applicant,
-You seem to complete 35 years of age in November,2012.Under these circumstances, you can apply for the Civil Service Exams conducted by the UPSC only if you belong to the SC/ST category.
-However,The Preliminary Exams already being connection throughout the country, and the Mains already scheduled to take place in October-November,I doubt you might have missed the chances of appearing for the exam.
-Anyways,the Complete eligibility requirements essential to appear for the Civil Service exams are mentioned below-
# You must be a citizen of India,
or,You must be a Subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently in India, before 1962.
# You MUST be 21-30 YEARS OF AGE.
HOWEVER,A RELAXATION IN THE UPPER AGE LIMIT IS PROVIDED BY 5 YEARS FOR THE SC/ST and BY 3 YEARS FOR THE OBC candidates.
# You must have completed your Graduation or Equivalent from a recognized university, with any subject or stream.
Final year students are also applicable.

For General Category : 04
For OBC Candidates : 07
For SC/ST Candidates : Unlimited.
-This year the notifications of the release of forms were made available in the last of January, and lasted till the first week of March.
Hence, you cannot apply for the UPSC Civil Services for 2012-2013 anymore.
From the next year, you do not fulfil the age criteria in any way.
-Hence,I doubt you might not be able to apply for the exams any day.
Good Luck !!
Pls mention the category u belong to. If u co me under GENERAL CATEGORY means, then u are not eligible to apply. Other category means u have chance. Thank u.
