TNPSC stands for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
To apply for the TNPSC exam you are overaged.
So you can not apply for the TNPSC exam
The eligibility criteria for TNPSC exam is as follows
Your age should be between 21 to 30 years.
Age relaxation is to eligible category

You should be graduated in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent.
