Here is the qualifications Required for the exam:

Education:The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized indian University

Age limit: The age limit is 21-30

And relaxation will be given to the sc.st of 5 years

And for the obc candidates it is 3 years

And for the ph of 10 years

Also as you said you are a Mca Graduate

Then you can apply for the exam

for that your age must be within 21 years to 30 years.

And there is relaxation in UPPER AGE limit for reserved category candidates(3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates).

1. must be university graduate form reconised university or equivalent.
2.Age criteria :
-One should be in the age group of 21-30 years by 1st August of the year in which the examination is going to be conducted.
-Relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for the candidates of OBC
-Relaxation in upper age limit upto 5 years for the candidates of SC/ST.
-Relaxation in upper age limit upto 5 years for Ex-service man.

Firstly, you need to know the difference between UPSC and Civil Service Exams.

UPSC is Union Public Service Commission which conducts many exams in which Civil Service Exam(CSE) is one of them.

The most popular misnomer of CSE is 'IAS exam' or 'UPSC exam'.

And now, I'm sorry to say that there are no subjects regarding 'Computer Science' in the UPSC exams.

You will need to select other subjects when you need to write the UPSC exams.

~Civil Services Examination

#Nationality: Indian
#Minimum Academic Eligibility criteria: A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
#Age limit: 21-30 years for General category, 21-33 years for OBC, 21-35 Years for SC/ST

~Indian Forest Service Examination

#Nationality: Indian

There is no separate exam for MCA or Computer science graduates. There is one common examination for all the candidates who have completed graduation in any stream from any recognized university. You can apply for UPSC exam if you satisfy other conditions other than educational qualification.
