- First of all you should have graduation completion degree as a proof to show them.
- Else you must have UPSC mains score card given by UPSC to you.
- You should submit Indian citizenship proof in a form of passport or birth proof (for age proof) as well.
- Residence proof you have to give in a form of RASHAN card. or electric bill will also be ok with it. etc is compulsory for UPSC interview process. more information about this you can clarify from IAS planner as well.

They are as follow:

>> Score Card of UPSC Mains Exam
>> Proof Of Indian Citizenship
>> Proof of Residence like Ration Card, Electricity Bill.
Above all is compulsory for Interview.

the list of documents that you require at the time of the upsc interview-
the degree of the recognized university in which you completed your graduation in, this holds the proof of your graduation.
Next, you will be needing an identity card and 10th class ,marksheet, which will be helpful in determining your age.
Then a rashan card, or a copy of electricity/telephone bill is needed. This is to assure your current residential proof.
These are the things that you require when you have to submit your documents at the time of interview

Dear you must have all following documents during to face interview process under UPSC board
1. Original 10th class exam score card + certificate issued by state board or CBSE
2. Original 12th class exam score card + certificate issued by state board or CBSE
3. Graduation certificate or bachelor's degree certificate provided by university
4. Original age proof + birth certificate
5. Permanent residence certificate and current residence certificate
6. Caste certificate which you belongs from - SC or ST or OBC but no certificate for unreserved
7. Medical standards certificate or fitness certificate
8. All other extra qualification certificates if have - PG or Diploma or Certificate courses
9. Character Certificate issued from college, school etc.
All certificates must have in original form and must have provided to the board at the time of interview for verification and do not forget all these documents otherwise you may be disqualified from the selection process
Be careful and confident during to face interview process and if you will take suggestion from any successful person of UPSC exams for interview then it would be easy to crack interview process
