-> 10th marksheet & certificate for the age confirmation.
-> provisional/degree of your graduation.
all semester marksheets separately also.
-> if you claim for any reserved category status "caste certificate issued in said format."
->phsical handicapped person should carry respective certificate accordingly for the claim.

first requirement is your graduate certificate with or without markslist..
if you have any reservation or from backward caste ...then
get those certificates also..
your complete parental details and..
personal details..
percentage of marks from 10th to degree..
if you have any disability then mention in the application
clearly with complete details...
...after selected in civil exam...
you need to have proof id like ration card or college id card etc..
you also submit income certificate ...
along with that you can give memorandum of marks lists..
...

For the upsc civil services exam you
Need the following documents :
You need a graduate degree from a recognized indian university
Also can apply if you are a final year student
Also your age limit document like if you are a general
Then your age must be between 21-30
And if you are a sc.st candidate then it should be 21-35
And if you are a obc candidate then it should be 21-33
For ph candidates it is 21-40
Also you should be citizen of india

for applying UPSC exam you need the following documents.....
degree of graduation and all semester marks sheet
10th and 12th marks sheet.
if you claim relaxation IN UPSC then you have to provide relative certificate.

To apply for Civil Services Exam:
- You should be either in final year or a graduate from recognized Institute.
- You should have any valid identity proof like pan card, voter-id card etc.
- You do not require to submit any document while applying.
- While appearing for written test you must carry your valid identity proof in original.
- At the time of Interview you should have all original certificates of your qualification as mentioned while applying.
followings documents are required:
1.10th passing certificate for verification of date of birth.
2.12th passing certificate as well as mark sheet.
3.certificate of graduation and also DMC of I,II,III year.
4.caste certificate if you belong to OBC,SC/ST
the above mentioned documents are required.
