Dear friend its not a reserve category for candidates....its mean Un Reserved that are Genral category of candidates.
And it does have any special relaxation like sc/st/obc etc..

UR means UnReserved Category.
general category and UR category are same there is no relaxation provided to UR category or general category,
Only OBC SC/ST and PH candidate are find the relaxation.'
this relaxation in the uppere age limit
for SC/ST 5 year that means range of age is 21 to 35
For OBC 3 year that means range of age is 21 to 33
For PH 10 year that means range is 21 to 40
