Yes,After completion of B.Com course you are eligible to apply for the post of Indian Police Service (I.P.S).
Because Gradation in any discipline from recognized university can apply.
Even in Final year of Graduation also eligible.
The minimum age required to apply is 21 years to 30 years (+3 years for OBC,+5 years to SC/ST).
Notification will be released in the month of January/February of every year.
You have must be physically fited on this exam.

if you want to fulfill your dream to become IPS than you have to give civil services examination.
and to become eligible for civil services examination you must satisfy the criteria given below.
**Eligibility criteria:-
1. you must have the Indian citizenship.
2. you must have a degree of graduation from a govt recognized university.
**Age criteria:-
* the age criteria for general category is between 21 and 30.
* the age criteria for obc category is between 21 and 33.
* the age criteria for sc/st category is between 21 and 35.
* an age relaxation are also provided for PWD and ex-servicemen candidates of 10 and 5 years respectively.
but always remember that you should apply for the examination only when you have 100% confidence then you are fully prepared for
the examination of civil services because you have not so many chances to fulfill your dream because there is
an restriction of attempts according to your category, and yes if you are belonging from general category
than you have to be more careful about this, why??

You have complete a bachelor degree in a government approved college... And you should be 21 or less than 35 before or on Aug 1st for general and OC category.... And refer further age limit for SC/ST in upsc official website.... Like qualities if you take nothing much you should have the cause to become an civil servant.. And cause is only to serve the country...
