ONLY online mode is available to fill the upsc SCRA form.no ffline mode is availlable.

UPSC in its notification in th employment newspaper has clearly mentioned that it will accept only applications through online mode.

The following is the preocedure mentioned in the notification.
you should fill the form online by accessing thewebsite:
www.upsconline.nic.in

it is mandatory to fill itonline.

the commission will not accept the formthrough any other mode.

the detailed instructions for filling the form will be available in the above mentioned website itself.

so dont search for the forms in post office it will not be available there.

this is the only procedure.

I have an old pdf containing all the detailed information about how to fill SCRA form.
It can be filled only online now. So refer the pdf:

Dear,

You go on the upsc official website www.upsc.gov.in and click on the online application where the application form is filled. You can take the print out of the instructions of the SCRA Exam.

Each and every column fill according to the instruction if you any doubt in any place then ask the seniors or the given telephone number on the advertisement. Any wrong information is reject your application.
You can pay the fee net banking/credit card/debit card or pay the fee through bank challan.
For the SCRA Exam the candidate must have +2 passed or appear from the recognized board.
Age limit is the 17 to 21 years.
